This company sells junk. Everything breaks and all they will do is offer to replace it.

There is no phone number. They string you along via email.
Report them to your credit card company or PayPal. This is the only way for a resolution... if you're lucky.

If you contact them they will contact you back. I received my items and they weren't junk either. The pendants I ordered look fantastic on the chains I already had :)

Contact your credit card company. There is no phone number and at a point they will block you from sending emails. This company is a fraud from the get go. See what your credit card company can due to try and help you get your money back.

They didn't have a published number when I had the problem. I had to turn them into my credit card company as fraud. They were very shady.
