Called their customer service several times just few seconds and was able to speak to professional associates

I have called couple of times and it Super Easy to get customer service. They have answered professionally all question we had.

I called customer service few times... interestingly all my calls except one was answered immediately I guess if you call within normal business hours chances your call will be handled immediately.
