One of my photos (1 out of 5) arrived cracked due to obvious mishandling during shipping. It was easy to see that this is actual glass, not plastic of any sort. I contacted customer support, and had a response within a few hours. Not only did they absolutely fix my problem, they accepted a different photo in place of the original, since I no longer wanted the original photo. In addition, they also refunded me 15 percent of my order for a promo code that I did not apply when I ordered, no questions asked. The pictures I received were clear and beautiful, and I received them in a week. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them, or use them again.
