Once I got a hold of them they put me on hold for a long time and call conveniently hung up I had to call back several times... Had to request a manager and even then they hung up on me..

Easy to get a hold of but unable to answer questions or help and the operator I spoke to was impossible to understand as he don't speak legible English.

I was on hold for over 1/2 hour when I finally gave up. I finally sent an email to them to describe the problem, but they never replied.
So, their customer service is terrible!

Extremely easy to contact customer service. They have online chat and an agent was readily available and competent to answer all concerns.
