How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at FTD?

You can get someone, probably in India, but no help - I was moved to hold for more than 60 min before I hung up, which is the point for them

TERRIBLE. It is a foreign call center and the reps read sympathetic scripts when you have an issue. Do NOT use this company for your floral needs.

Waited almost a half hour. Terrible customer service which also caused disappointment and embarrassment
