This is not a real company. They are a company that represents themselves as an American company, yet they are from China. They will try to appease you with apologies and promises to send your item just to keep you from calling your bank to dispute the transaction. They are taking advantage of the Covid situation and stealing your money.

I think it is a scam! I have not received my products ordered in May. It is JULY 28th! They sent me a promo code for 20% off for my next order! Really?

Been getting the run around from them... have asked several times for a refund... disputing charges with bank ~ 2 months and nothing to show... SCAM shame on you Fuller Space~
