Hmm, maybe I misunderstood your question, but nevertheless I know what to offer you.
PMAM account management system is most likely what you are looking for.
I know that experienced traders use this service here to manage their clients' accounts. Or rather, those traders who have entrusted their trading to such pro trader.

This broker also has affiliate program, but I don't think that's what you're interested in. Most likely, PMAM is realy what you are looking for.
