Is this a good online trading platform for beginners that can't assess properly what good trading conditions are?

You don't have to be a chef to say the food tastes good, or salty :D
The same logic with brokers, if you see good conditions, you say it's good isn't it:)
Fxcess has nice conditions, cuz they have narrow spreads and small commission, so here you go!
