Can you trade with more than one trading platforms that fxpro offers here?

You can trade with all of them if you want to. I am 100% confident that fxpro doesn't have restrictions on that.
Additionally you cna open up to 10 trading accounts with the broker. But that information should be rechecked with the client support since trading conditions of the brokers are constantly changing.

Sure, there is no impediment or a rule preventing you from doing that. If you want to change your platform, or try one out whilst trading on one, or trade on two, you can totally do that.
