Definitely not a scam, you can see that all those negative answers here are very old and most of them are not true. They are 100% legit, you just need to pay attention to which merchant you are choosing, as you have to do on other sites as well.

Scam, might be run from malta, paypal closed the case though zero (an invalid product key!) return on investment

They are scammers. Professing to want to protect you and ask for copies of your ID! Even though they've been paid by paypal already!

Complete scam, stay away. They hide subscription fees in everything you are buying.
