I think it's a real company, just a bad one. Fake companies don't have customer service. They have customer service... it's just terrible.

Legit company. At first I had heard good things about them but looking at other reviews they haven't scored very highly, I had a very bad experience with them and would not recommend them to anyone.

It must be a scam! How could a company take and order, never answer emails or calls. They could just say OUT OF STOCK!
