I'm interested in ordering from this company but fear the negative reviews. Also the way the phone was answered shows a lack of professionalism. SHOULD I TRUST THIS SITE?

I think if you know for sure what part number you need and they ship you the correct part (and it works), then you should be fine. Personally, I wouldn't buy anything from them again,
