Their price is much lower than anybody else, so what else?

It is almost impossible, they take ages to answer emails or texts, they never answer the phone and when they do reply it is all generic replies with no context or it is just completely unhelpful.

In my view it is very close to a scam. They operate like a legal company and for all intents and purposes functions likely but some of their policies are illegal and others border on being illegal.
