on 12/15/12File a dispute with this company. If took all of the money on your card you have the right to complain to the FTC and the BBB. It looks like there enough people who are having problems with this company to file a class action lawsuit.
Sorry Sam, this is not true. If it happened to you then you are fortunate. When I called they told me they do not even have tracking numbers. Who doesn't have tracking numbers on purchased items?!
You have to call up GiftCardMall.com at (877) 426-2551 and tell them that even after 3 weeks, you have not received the activation code. Keep pressing 0 till you reach customer service. Then they will ask you for order number, etc and they will activate it within 24 hours.
Absolute horror! Will never buy from this company again! Customer service rude and not helpful and they took all my money on gift card! Scam! Happy Birthday to me!: (
