You're right! They won't respond to you.

Actually that's the real problem, you don't matter to them.

And I know how hard it is to be in your situation.

You can contact them through their official email that is help@globalshopaholics.com. I did the same and got a quick response and their chat is also working fine

You can send them an email but the online chat is much better they are available for 12 hours a day from Monday to Friday.
