Please don't buy from them as it's a scam company who give every possible reason NOT to return the product to them
Fairly easy. It's their policies that are horrible.
They responded to my email quickly but very poor customer service
I got a reply to an email, but never heard a thing since they have a phone number+448000729935 but you might be phoning scammers.
There is no such company and no way to get hold of the scammers
