I paid $2.95 last night thru Pay Pal. How can I get my money back?

First you need to contact Pay Pal and open a dispute against company you paid $2.95 to! Then Pay Pal will contact site you paid and they will have I believe 2 weeks to respond or refund your money! Everytime I've opened a dispute against a site or seller I've got my money back
