Definitely a scam in my personal experience. Purchased a fake and customer service is refusing to help or provide any sort of support/update

Definitely dont use this site. If their buyer protection did not rely on a flawed photo authenticator I would be less hesitant, but thats not the case here at all. With Grailed, youre dealing with lazy people who do not take the time to review your claim. They look at two things, seller reviews and photo authentication. Its lazy. When there is a proof they will overlook it because of those two aforementioned reasons. Photo authentications and seller reviews rule all in the world of Grailed. If you get scammed, good luck. You shouldnt have started that purchase anyway.

ITs a legit company but there is a 70% chance you will get scammed buy the buyer or seller... This is an At Your Own Risk site...

Grailed is a terrible company. The site is over run with fakes and dishonest people, and the customer service will do next to nothing for you when (not if, when) you're scammed.
