It is a legit site. I have made a couple of purchases. Any material type items have been junk. I was satisfied with the purchase of a voucher for a discount to a local attraction. Never buy any hotel or vacations. If you read the reviews you will find they a sub-standard, at best, a rip off. Always read the reviews for anything you purchase. Most have complaints of low quality. Bottom line, read reviews and/or do a search before purchasing anything from the. I personally will not buy anything but a local attraction voucher that DOES NOT have assigned seating. The seating offered is in the worst area of the event.

Yes and no. It's legit but you have to be careful of what you buy. They don't help with issues so don't expect any assistance if you need an exchange or refund. I wouldn't do any big ticket items through them. Smaller services / items seem to do a little better.

Yes, Groupon is legit. You need to read the fine print before ordering live event tickets- -they will not refund your money even if it's there fault. I only buy tickets for activities that don't expire or you can use the purchase price towards a non-Groupon service the vendor offers. Hope this helps.

Absolutely not. This website is a scam. Their customer service is a joke and none of them try to even work with you if theres an issue. They will try everything and give you multiple different stories on why you cant get a refund even if its not in the fine print. Theyre pretty legit until you want your money back then they are not at all willing to work with you.

It depends on what you buy from them. I have purchased some items and they were useless. For example, I purchased the 72 pack of batteries and only 6 worked when I tested them with a battery testor.

It is legit, I've always received my items on time, however I don't recommend buying anything fragile. I bought a lamp for my dad for Christmas and it arrived in pieces with no foam or packaging to prevent it from getting damaged. Groupon refused to refund me, exhange the product or even give me groupon credit. Shop with caution!

Yes it is legitimate. I have been using them for years but when there's a problem it seems to be unfixable. I have left a complaint which hasn't even been acknowledged.

I buy through Paypal so if they can't handle it Paypal will, better to be safe than sorry.

Customer service is great? Lucky you to have had such a good experience. I've been waiting 2 months for something I've ordered now and there's still no sign of it and still they won't give me a refund. You get the same lame response from them about waiting 10 days for a resolution but I've had 3 of those responses now. I would never use them again! I think they're dodgy. All you have to do is look at Twitter or Facebook and read all the comments from people waiting for their goods and getting nowhere. Avoid them if I were you!

Depends on what you are looking for. I like watches and the two I received are bogus and deceptive advertising. That's as far as I'll go with these people.if My first purchase is sketchy I will go elsewhere. That's me not wanting to do money for nothing transactions type of business.
