I'm really sorry, but Chinese sites aren't responsible to anyone anywhere except in China, and unless you feel like going over there yourself, you might as well forget it. It wouldn't do you any good even if you could, because nobody over there takes much notice anyway.

If you pay by credit card - but not through PayPal - you can almost always get your money back from the CC company if you report the matter to them. There is no other way, to my knowledge, that you can get anything back.

Bank accounts - how do you know they even have one? And even if they did, where would it be? China. Bank accounts are easy to get with false names and addresses anyway, which is what some dealers on Ebay do. They take the money, and they're gone.

Best thing for you -- count slowly to 100 while breathing deeply, until you relax. Then write it off, but make sure you tell all your friends, and their friends, about this site and others like it. The best way to stop these people is to stop giving them money. You learned something the hard way, but at least you won't be anyone's fool again. And you can save other people from doing the same thing.
