Phone call the wait is moderate. However they just read from a script so are not helpful. I requested to speak to a manager. One wasnt available so the rep said one would call me by end oaf day. Of course I never got a call back from a manager.
Emailing them gets zero responses. I've tried for two weeks now.
Get answers from the Gurney's staff and other customers.
