From my experience, I would definitely say this website is reliable. We ordered our costumes and received them (of great quality) within two business days. I personally used PayPal to buy them, but I do this with every website (that allows) just for extra protection.

The website is fine but the company don't stand behind their product. If you have any issues with your purchase they will blame their supplier and not take any responsibility.

I experienced this first hand.
