Hello Alex, For transportation and export purposes - no it is not. If a vehicle is coming from Copart, the auction will load it onto a carrier's trailer with a forklift. At the loading warehouse, they have a forklift to unload this vehicle and to load it into a container again without requiring keys. Please let us know if you have any other questions!

Hello! Yes, you do. However, you have the choice of making a full payment or deposit and the rest Cash on Delivery (COD) to the driver.
