yes! I purchased a Diamond Selector11 and it doesn't work also 1 of the bulb indicators is missing. will you please correct this for me ?

Thanks for that information. I have never used the Amazon A-Z guarentee and wondered if it was really worth it or not, but it sounds like from what you are saying that their guarentee is fairly meaningless. I might stay clear of third party companies on amazon.
