They will not even give a address to return items back to. They tried to pay me off by offering 10% refund. The dress looks nothing like the advertised picture and they wont tell me where they are based absolute fraud hungry disgusting behaviour. I will be telling everyone I know to stay away from this rip off company

My friend ordered a prom dress and even payed rush fee to have it here on time. Dress arrived 2 days after prom and they refuse to issue a refund. All they offered was $20 and to keep the dress. Wow thanks, not. Absolutely horrible company. I reported them to the FTC. Read their reviews on other sites such as trust pilot and you will see what kind of company they are. If you're ordering a dress for a special moment such as prom or a wedding order from within the United States. Hebeos is in the UK and no way to contact them other than email. Horrible company. Don't buy from them.

I was also told that they saw no "big problem" with the dress I wanted to return. The "sequin gown" I ordered did not have one single sequin on it. As I opened the package, I saw it was shedding. The dress is made from what appears to be outdoor carpet material. Imagine black Astro Turf! It is so heavy that it is unwearable. Before I placed my order, I reviewed the return policy. When I initiated the return, I soon realized that this company is a complete scam. I was told that they did not see a big problem with the dress. False advertising, inaccurate return policy, and horrible customer service, Astro Turf dress, poor quality... those are big problems to me.

Their return policy is... NO RETURN! They dont address your problem nor do they answer your emails. I didnt even have a receipt in the rolled up ball in the bag! They make their money by ripping people off. Clearly this company does not stand behind their words. Cheaply made dresses. All these so called positive reviews never counter act the negative reviews so u know soneone is scrioting them... please listen to the negative reviews... THEY ARE TRUE!

I ordered a dress based on the picture on the website. The dress that was sent to me looks nothing like the dress on the website. I initiated a return within 7days according to their policy and was asked to send pictures. I sent pictures and they responded that they see no problems and hope I will keep the dress. When I asked about the return policy on the chat, no one answered my questions. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! They try to cheaply remake dresses from pictures that they post on their site and the dresses look nothing like the picture. Cheap material and mailed to you in a rolled up bag!

I had the same issue - they don't return your money - $171 ripoff

You can only return if there is a big problem with the dress and they decide whats big. Ive been trying for 4 weeks with no luck.
