They won't do a return. I even offered to pay for the shipping. They offered to give me 10% back. Earlier it was 5%. This is insane. I paid total $183.00 through PayPal. This is ridiculous. We are a limited income family and this was supposed to be her prom dress.

Hi Kimberly, You can calculate a delivery estimate by taking the processing time and adding the shipping time. Currently, it takes 11-13 days to make wedding dresses and 6-11 days to make other dresses. You can check the tailoring period on the product page. Standard shipping takes 5-8 days.
