How do you get galleons/cool items from clubs or dorms? I so, which clubs give out these types of items?

Clubs and dorms are run by players, not by mods. Most don't do much, but there are some that run games or roleplays for prizes. You can look in the dorm and the club forums where advertisements are done to see if any are like that.
