Is Hoka One One Store a scam or a legit company?

Scam site. Never received the product ordered and can't get a refund since they will not respond.

Based on my experience this appears to be a total scam site. Avoid at all costs

Yes--scam site! They will process your order, but will charge no tax and only offer flat rate shipping at no charge. The amount charged to the credit card will show differently from the invoice and the vendor listed will be different as well; in my case it showed on my credit card as "Dino direct" for $83.54 when the invoice emailed by HokaOne eStore was $79.96. Apparently, the scam site is not sophisticated enough to include a sales tax and to list it at the proper tax rate.
