It is a scam - or at least in my context it looks like it is. I got the same letter as another of the reviewers

It is a scam company. If the company is based in UK, who doesnt have any contacts with anyother country how will it serve you in refund? Think?
Think the possibilities.
If the company/end person takes all the money what can you do? What legal action can u take? THINK before you act. DONT PAY FIRST.

It`s a legit company... Best company if you want to rent an apartment or a house.
