Impossible. They use automatic reply with FAQs that do not provide any actual customer service or answers.
There is none unless you leave a review and make numerous complaints to 3rd party vendors that the company ignores.
Just filled out the contact form and read the email they sent to the preorder list
They have a contact form but I didn't need to use it
It was not a problem as the answers to my questions were listed in the automated email system. It might need a bit of rewording for simpler responses - but answered my question in less than 30 seconds from posting the form!
