I order a prepay phone from hsn. My computer has not working. I order the phone over my home phone. I received the phone from hsn, no problem. My other cell phone was still working til the middle of oct. So I did not activate the new phone. All the paper work I receive with the new phone, didn't give me a time limit to activate. It was till I try activating the phone that I found out that I lost the year contract and the 1200 min. That came with the new phone. I got my computer fix and back online in oct. As well. I call Hsn and talk to a person they and they said there was nothing they could do. She gave another phone number to call. I called that number about 5 time, someone would answer and hangup. All I would like is to get the year contract and the 1200 mins. That they said I would get on tv. Oh and on tv as far as I can remember, they did say anything about a time limit.

They tell u how long u hv to activate that phone! It's called 'pay attention'. I've been with them over 15 yrs. I do a lot of shopping online. Can't beat the returns or customer service. Watch ur items for 30 day price decrease. They refund the difference! I hv a blast getting $$ back.
