1/03/22 order, 1/12 I emailed them, days later they reply "shipping Friday" so that would've been 1/14.1/20 No shipping info received so emailed again 1/20. Now days later, still no reply. 1/22 Tried calling the 1-888 number in the info@ifabric.com email, it's not in service. I'll be filing with my cc to get my money back. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.
Scam. I ordered 1/4 inch polka dot fabric. They also sell 1 inch polka dot fabric. They sent 1 inch. I sent a photo with a ruler, and they are refusing to process a refund or send the correct fabric. My receipt clearly says 1/4 inch polka dots. This fabric is not usable for my daughter's project. Their phone line does not connect to a person, and the voicemail is "full". Online customer service chat does not elicit a response. By email, they replied to say, no they will not send the correct fabric or refund. Do NOT purchase from this company. It's a scam. There is no customer service and they will send you incorrect fabric and lie about it.
iFabric.com is a legit company and it has been around since 2013
