My experience is mostly positive. As always, angry customers are more likely to write a review, even if they are 1 or 2% of total customers.

I'm glad to have the option to purchase from iherb. Shipping is free for orders above $20, even internationally.

Amazon.com has less options, higher prices, and doesn't offer free shipping internationally.

Because the prices seem too good to be true, That should be a warning
