Hi Jordan,
You are correct that the company that provided those cards ended their program back in June 2015 and we have full information in our Support Center that helps explain.
If you had a card you would have received an email with that information as well.
InboxDollars now has 3 ways to request payment and that is via Check, new Prepaid Visa Cards and eCards (Merchant Store Cards).
