Why can i not get in to inbox dollars i was signed up acouple of years ago but it wont let me in with my details

Hi Marie!
It may be that if you had not been on the account for a period of 6 months the account was removed but our LIveChat agents can be contacted 24/7 and can review your information directly.
Even if your account is no longer active you can always create a new one!
