Is incredimail plus the same as version 2.5?

Answer:

No, it is not. Anymore than IncrediMail XE. They are all different versions. I am still running the original version and have no issues whatsoever. I do believe XE runs quite smoothly, but from there out there are nothing but problems

I have used the free version of incredimail and am thinking of purchasing the program. my question will all the advertising even incredimail's be gone? thanks. earl

Answer:

A: It is only the free version that has Ads. You do not get that with the paid version. However, would not recommend this programme...

I have been a gold member for years with a lifetimes guarantee i had a serious computer crash now they refuse to help me re-instate it

Try it again now. If they don't automatically go in, send an email to purchases@incredimail.com. They will respond and re-activate your license keys. They just did mine again.

How do i get back into incredimail or try it for a few days

Answer:

That part is easy. Just go to Incredimail.com and download it. The company is a scam now though. I purchased a "lifetime" license and the "lifetime" gold gallery, but now the company acts like they never existed. All support does is repeat what you just asked and hope you think it's a response. The program used to be a blast to use, now it's just expensive as you have to purchase it every year.

I'm running windows 10 my incredimail has stopped sending emails. i can receive but not send

I have Windows XP Pro, and am having the same problem. Email sends frequently fail... about 90% of the time.

Answer:

I think your problem is within your message settings. Check your SMS and POP. Pop 3 is usually the general but I don't know what system you have.
