They don't have the integrity to properly servicing job seekers. I would be wary of the answers you get from them regardless because twice I have been lied to about potential employers who aren't actually in existence. One of them was a work at home MLM scheme that enrolls members in a club from which they prevent you from leaving. Avoid at all costs. Unorganized, unauthentic and unethical.

Have you checked out www.BrightCandidate.com? The site is about to launch. They actually listen to employees concerns, needs and wants and try to make the hiring process smooth, and even give back a huge percentage of the hiring bonus to the employee. Win win for both. It's started by two software engineers that were not happy with the current recruiting process. It's worth checking out.

Again, in today's world, courtesy no longer exists. If you don't hear back, they are probably not interested. Anyway, you don't want to work for anyone with "no class" or "manners," do you?
