No this is not a scam, dont listen to that upset person. They just mad they did not read the return policy and is racist to China as it seems

Yes, this is definitely a scam. Items are shipped from China and they will not return your product under any circumstances. DO NOT get scammed by these crooks! They do bot deserve anyone's business.
