For a lot of people the first bags that they receive they usually do not enjoy every single product in it that is why after you receive your first bag if there is something in it that you did not like you have to update your preference monthly by reviewing each product that you receive they will ask you if you liked loved or disliked the brand product Etc and usually by the second or third month you will receive all items in the bag that you will most likely use my first and second bag I got items that I really liked but didn't love and once I reviewed those items the next bag I got I received items that I absolutely loved so you have to keep your quiz survey updated but more important you have to review the items that you get

You won't get the bag for the month you subscribe (July) - your first bag should be the August bag. Eventually, they start charging on the first, I think. The date the bags come isn't set. My first came about the 11th of September. Some people get their bags far later in the month - especially if they requested a specific sample.

I don't recommend Ipsy. I'm still trying to find out how to cancel. I've been with Ipsy for awhile before i noticed I can't cancel and I was up charged. I've also get the same type of makeup. Not something new each month. I don't recommend

If you subscribed in March, you will not get the March bag. Your first bag would be the April bag. You don't get the bag of the month you subscribe in.

Yes. I have received foundations, concealers, mascaras, eye liners, primers, tinted moisturizers, lipstick, lip gloss, hair care, skin care etc

I think it might take a couple days for the review option to show up? I got my bag a couple days before it let me review (but my bag got to me a little earlier than they said it would, too.) Have you tried going to the email they sent showing you what was in the glam bag? There might be a way to leave a review from there.

When did you subscribe? The way Ipsy seems to work, you do not get the bag for the month you subscribe in but start the next month. So to get a December bag, you would have needed to subscribe in November.
