Oh man, I have a great lesson for you. IT may sound funny, but it's not, and I assure you.
So here is goes: if you are not in a mood or you are angry, do not trade. You may think is the mood related to trading, but its very much related, and each time I hit the charts when I was angry, each time I was in some serious loss. So if you are feeling a bit blue, then go out and do something to lif your mood, and then you can trade, you can thank me later😇

I am sure that each trader has learned a lesson while trading, regardless of its experience. I am sure that even experienced traders are still learning something about trading or about themselves.
There is one thing that I understood recently and it was related to my trading performance. You know everyone says that it is beneficial to keep a journal about your trading, but I have never done it before. Couldn't see its practical application. Until recently, when I connected my trading account with myFXbook service which keeps your trading journal on autopilot. After a month I decided to review my trades. What I have found is that my performance when trading the NZD and AUD were in total loss. On the other side I was doing fine with JPY pairs. Decided to quit trading NZD and AUD pairs and indeed improved my trading performance.
Keep a journal, it is really beneficial to assess your trading performance👍
