Probably nobody. Unless a bigwig government official who REMEMBERS WHAT IT WAS LIKE TO BE A KID actually looks at IXL for a literal freaking nanosecond goes, "This is actually horrible!"
Unfortunately, the odds of that happening are so low that it probably won't happen in my lifetime.
