on 10/5/15I'd say they are probably a scam, since they aggressively pitch their sales to you even to the point of convincing you that what you currently have on your computer (anti virus, etc) is useless. If you want a problem solved, they'll put you in a corner and make you pay for a bundled subscription/tech support fee before they fix your problem.
I agree with Lou S. They took so long to fix a problem that a virus got in and ripped through my system, encrypted my files, and the perpetrator sent me a ranson note for the encrypted files. I'll never use them again.
I don't think they're a scam. They did fix my problem, although it took a few hours. However, it was very frustrating, I won't use them again.
