I have been reading the reviews from JoAnn customers. There is not one that has given any praise at all to this company. How do you respond to these

I feel the exact same way. They cancelled an order I placed online and they never contacted me to tell me the order was canceled. I waited three weeks for an email to come pick up an item. I could have had this item 3 weeks ago from Michaels craft store. JoAnn's sucks!

Just left a review for them myself. Anyone thinking of ordering anything from them should read it before ordering

I experienced the same thing with the company cancelling my order and not advising me. Did not expect this from a company this size. I do not know how they keep their customers.

This outfit needs a complete overhaul of their standard operating procedures. I just left a review today describing my experience at their store. I don't know how the employees can stand hearing all the complaints from the customers. The corporate office needs to pay attention to the customers' complaints. I can only imagine how their employees on the front lines feel. Even the vibe of the employees at my local store is edgy and defensive. I won't be going back or ordering online from them anymore.
