I got an email from justfly.com saying to call them immediately as there have been changes to my trip itinerary. Is this normal or is this fraud?

In some cases, airlines can make changes to your reservation. If the changes don't work for you, we'll try our best to accommodate you.

Got email from Justfly that JetBlue had cancelled a portion and would need to reschedule- spent over 2 hours on the phone (1st time) trying to reschedule, phone person not helpful, kept repeating same inadequate response- I finally asked to speak to her supervisor and was told several times that her supervisor was too busy and it would take too long... unbelievably frustrating 2 hours, the ticket got changed to late evening flight and I needed afternoon flight (which was what I had originally bought and paid for)- so very frustrating!
