I've been reading a lot of negative reviews. What is the cancellation policy and if I choose not to cancel when is a good time to call and confirm we have seats. I am flying from another state to get on our original flight so it's a big concern for me if they were to cancel the flight hours before as I don't live in that state.

Don't deal with these people... They owe me 1050. 00 which the refuse to refund even having death in family & yes also no credit obtained from them... A joke of a company... I even wrote to the CEO & no reply because they live in ripping off people...
