I am in process of trying again to receive a refund as well but my documents state there is a 2k retainer and they believe they did everything they could to help me case. Even my case manager at court told me they are crooks and now I am forced to handle my case myself. I am already almost done and it's only been 2 months. I have managed to do this all myself in 2 mnths for only 43.00 while KEL charged me 2000. 00 and did nothing and wanted another 2800. 00 to continue to do nothing. I am on board with suit and will continue to fight.

I'm in meditation through the Florida Bar to try and recover my money. I would join if you'd like to start one. These guys are crooks.

I would love this lawsuit too! They got me for $1700 plus court costs for a bait and switch bankruptcy. First I was set for a Chapter 7, then bam all of a sudden you don't quality and they wanted an additional $5200 for a 13. How do these crooks stay in business..
