on 7/9/19As the last guy said their customer service is absolutely just a joke if you can actually get a hold of somebody they basically tell you yes we know we scammed you we charge your card extra charges nothing you could do about it like he said stay away from these people
Simple: You can't get anyone. They have none. Stay away from these people.
I've been trying to get ahold of them for a week and they still haven't gotten back to me.
Not easy, plan on spending quite a while on the phone
Difficult and when you do what a joke of quoting specifics in Terms which a reasonable customer would not read or expect.
Wrong order twice, second time they want me to pay $9.99 to ship back their mistake. I told them not to send me anymore catalogs until they straighten out their mistake... their response, they didn't address their mistake... only sent me an email stating they would remove me from their mailing list... I wouldn't use this company, or recommend this company to anyone!
Easy to contact! No resolution! Crap policy and customer support
They will just laugh at you for having been foolish enough to buy anything from them.
Couldn't find a phone number! But "chat" was useless. Asked instantly how they could help me place my order. Then took 20 mins to "find" an agent to deal w/my complaint that i received a used pair of pants with a squashed cherry tomato and used flosser pick in the pockets. Then declined to grant me any credit except to waive the return fee! Pass on these scamsters! Hard to see how they stay in business!
I haven't had to contact customer service at this time. Everything has been ordered or returned via online request. Everything has been successful. I don't understand all the bad reviews
I haven't needed to contact customer service I have no complaints.
