How can I contact KokoPie regarding merchandise I paid for and never received. Their email to me indicates I received the order however I only received 2 out of the 4 items purchased. They are not returning my emails. They owe me over $50.00.

Same her, I ordered over $100.00 for Christmas gifts for my Grand Daughter on Dec. 13,2018 and I got the first part of the order AFTER CHristmas, the order stated the rest would take longer as it was coming from China, Hell China is usually pretty quick with shipping items, so it makes me wonder who is really ruining this company, they could have such a great business if they didn't screw over everyone who makes purchases from them. I get auto responses from them all the time and I have contacted them atleast five times as it is now February 8 and I am STILL missing all the big items, skirt, shirt leggings and sweater, I wonder if I did the shipping the fast way if I would have gotten it faster? I doubt it. Maggie in Arizona
