on 8/18/15I called my bank and told them about what had happened... After a week my bank got back to me. The owner sent them all of the emails I had sent him (which he clearly saw and chose not to respond to) and told them he would be happy to refund me if I returned the product... I sent the product back waited a month and nothing... I didn't purchase delivery confirmation so I had no way to prove he got it other than my receipt saying I sent it... So in the end he got away with my money... Make sure you contact your bank and when you send it back pay for tracking
