Hi Tommy. We very rarely have any issues with our ex-demo range and we find they are just as reliable as our brand new range. However, they are still laptops so it is always possible and yes on occasion there are issues. If there is an issue advised on arrival you have the option of a replacement or refund (your choice) and return shipping is arranged at our cost. If an issue later in the 1 year warranty period then the laptop is repaired or replaced under warranty.

I purchased what was advertised as EX DEMO. Paid top dollar, and received a REFURBUSHED 4yr old unit with a broken speaker and no DVD/+RW and considerable wear on the key board, Im still working with Laptop. com.au to resolve all the issues --- some weeks later.

Do not use them. They are rude and obnoxious and will do everything they can to avoid paying a refund
